Mostly Aran Woollen Mills, knitted in County Mayo from merino and Irish wool. Their ponchos and capes use the traditional Aran cable and honeycomb stitches, and they are the piece customers tell us they end up living in from October onwards.

Barbour and Dubarry add tweed and wool-blend capes with a more tailored country cut. One-size-fits-most across most of the range, which makes them a safer gift than a fitted coat.
